YEAH WIGGY, I “GET IT”…Having a big Bench or Squat and improving my 1RMs is great.  But sometimes, you just want to be "monster strong"...that sort of unworldly strength usually only reserved for The Incredible Hulk, Kratos from the God of War video games, or the monster bad guys from the horror movies on at Halloween.

I want to be so strong that it just surprises me.  Strong enough to impose my will on anything (or anyone), whether they want me to or not.  To be able to pick up & move something that just doesn't want to be picked up & moved.

I'm talking the kinda strength that enemies dread & sometimes accidentally scares small children.

That’s why I want to learn it all:

bullet1how to get "monster strong" at the gym or at home

bullet1how sandbags can take my strength to all new levels

bullet1why "old school" sandbags were better than the new ones we see today

bullet1why cardio should take a back seat for a little while (but I won't lose any conditioning)

Monster Blast

I know that Monster Blast is a series of workouts using barbells, dumbbells, and/or sandbags - letting me train at the gym, at home, or pretty much wherever I want.  I'll have the option of not only choosing which workouts I do, but choosing if I want to train 2, 3, or 4 days per week.

This is going to let me not only get monster strong, but do it on my own schedule and in a way that's customized specifically to me. 

All this is going to help me build that sort of crazy strength that you just don't always see from the guys in the gym pushing the big weights around. 

I'll get your Monster Blast Workout Reference .pdf guide, your Monster Blast Principles seminar video, as well as additional resources to help me get stronger. 

You'll show me the three different types of workout I should be doing (upper body, lower body, & "finisher"), as well as how they should all be done slightly differently depending on if I'm using barbells, dumbells, or sandbags. 

I'll learn which exercises are best for what equipment, when I shouldn't do what, and even learn why the "typical" lower body dumbbell movements I see in WCF workouts should NOT be done if I want to get monster strong

You're going to give me pointers on how I should be eating, how to totally drop cardio from my workouts if I want (but still not really lose any lung power), and how long I should be doing Monster Blast workouts for. 

Plus I know I can always as for help if I need it!
