YEAH WIGGY, I “GET IT”…the ladies love big biceps & ripped abs.  But those can be hidden if you're wearing a sweatshirt, a shirt with the wrong sleeves, or simply a suit that isn't tailored.  

And the "bros" all talk about their big Bench & Squat...but that's not always super-usable in the "real world".

But a strong set of shoulders, traps, & upper back can't be hidden under any kind of clothing.  I want to look like a beast no matter what I'm wearing (or not wearing...wink, wink).  But better than that, I want to have the functional strength & power that goes along with the look.

(Because everyone knows just how much you use a strong shoulders & back in everyday life!)

I'm talking the kinda shoulders, traps, & upper back that will have people wondering if I'm part gorilla...lol

Mountain Blast

I know that Mountain Blast is a series of workouts using the most basic of equipment, letting me either use barbells & dumbbells at the gym -OR- just dumbbells & bodyweight exercise at home.  I'll have a basic workout template, sometimes doing the exercises you tell me & other times getting to pick what I want.  And you'll show me how I can do this for as little as just a few weeks, or extend it out into a several-month program.

This will build all that "mountainous muscle" I want across my shoulders, traps, & upper back...but not to the point that it makes my physique look weird.   

Plus, I know I won't just have that seriously strong & powerful look, but I'll actually *be* that way in real life.  

I'll get all your Mountain Blast .pdf files, which will let me have all the information I need for easy reference & at my fingertips.  Included will links to additional resources & information that will help me out, as well as links to demo videos for exercises when needed.    

You'll show me the exact workouts I need to be doing, as well as the "tweaks" I need to make other exercises I'd have in my program anyway if I *really* want to skyrocket the muscle growth, strength & power on my upper back.  

I'll learn when it matters what exercises I do & when it doesn't, why the "King of All Exercises" should NOT be used, and how some exercises I might not have ever even heard of before will push me into new growth.  I'll also learn when I should use what type(s) of sets & reps schemes to not only have shoulders, traps & upper back that look strong & powerful, but ARE strong & powerful.    

You're going to give me pointers on how I should be eating (<==this is CRITICAL), how conditioning work can actually make my traps & upper back BIGGER, & how to integrate 3-4 (maybe more) of my other favorite Blast programs into the mix should I feel like it.
