YEAH WIGGY, I “GET IT”…Guys like us want to be strong, have explosive power, be athletic, & have cardio that just doesn't ever end.

Cannon Blast
I know that Cannon Blast is a series of biceps & triceps workouts designed to give me the best possible mix between size AND strength. I'll add inches to my arm measurement, but it won't just be from doing a bunch of "pump" sets that swell up the muscle & make my arms soft. I'll do enough heavy work to make my arms dense & hard, but still enough light work that I won't have to miss out on that awesome "pump" feeling, either!
I know these kickass arm workouts will be completely "stand-alone" sessions that I can either do as separate workouts (biceps, triceps, or both at the same time) -OR- add to the end of my normal upper body workouts.

Unlike other arm workouts out there, I know this isn't just some over-glorified bodybuilding magazine article. I'll get the sets, the reps, and the exercises...but I'll also get all the "other" information arm workouts don't usually give you.
I'll learn if machines are "Ok" to use, when "cheating" on my form is better than using strict form, and why it doesn't matter when I do my arm workouts. I'll also learn how I should change up my upper body workouts as a whole, what I should do with my diet, and why smaller arms are actually sometimes better than bigger arms.
You'll show me when it doesn't matter what exercises I do, if finishers like "21s" or "drop sets" are a good idea, and seldom shared arm training secrets...like the fact that you can (and often SHOULD) train biceps and triceps more than your shoulders, chest, or back.
