Aaron Cook lost his very 1st MMA fight. Hell, he even lost his 2nd fight – mainly because he gassed out. But he got on the right kind of workouts, and got his conditioning up to snuff. By his 3rd fight, he not only won, but he felt a “completely different fighter” and like he could have “fought 5 or 6 more times”. Before long, Aaron had raked up Championship Belts in 2 different MMA organizations, signed a pro contract, and even earned a spot on a MMA reality show. Read his story…
James Brinegar was actually one of my very first ever lifting partners back in high school. He has a promising career in major league baseball before a blowing out his knee ended his dreams. He soon turned to bodybuilding, but even though he loved getting big and strong, he burned out so bad that he was out of the gym for a year. Then he started other activities, only to be so injured he couldn’t do balance drills on one foot without falling over. A few short weeks on the right kind of workout, and everything turned around for him. Read his story…
Like many guys in the mid 1990s, Tom Peters turned his love of the emerging sport of MMA into regularly practicing BJJ. Problem is that the workouts he’d been doing all along (get big in the winter, try to ‘cut’ in the summer) were getting his ass kicked on the mats. Once he started doing the right kind of workouts, he quickly dropped 25lbs and started manhandling his opponents. Then he was struck with a heart attack. Doctors told him most guys would have died…Tom never even passed out. 3 months later, he’s medically cleared, healthy, and getting back to work. Read his story…
Sammy Reyes entered the Marine Corps lean, muscular, and “svelte”. Fast forward a few years, a few injuries, and few family hardship situations later, and he was only a shell of his former self. In fact, he was (as he puts it), “embarrassed taking pictures with his shirt off because he became so fat”. Worse yet, he was now a cop in his everyday life – meaning his poor physical health could literally cause him bodily harm if he got into the wrong kind of conflict. Maybe even his life. But Sammy got things turned around, lost 45lbs pounds, and works so hard in the gym that the kids half his age are asking him if he’s current military Special Forces. Read his story…
Spencer Paige is a UFC veteran and was a contestant back in Season 12 of The Ultimate Fighter. He’d been a martial artist for a long time, and had competed for several years by that point, but never really took working out that serious. It wasn’t until he got to work hands-on with a guy like George St. Pierre that he realized he needed to make being in shape a “top priority”. Soon after starting the right kind of MMA workout, strength, energy, and endurance were all seriously improved, and his recovery was “100% better”. Read his story…
Q – Is this workout only for fighters, or can “regular guys” use it, too?
A – “Killer MMA Workouts” is honestly for anyone and everyone that wants to be in “fighting shape” or “look good nekkid”.
I mean, c’mon… brute strength, incredible explosive power, insane endurance, awesome athleticism, never-ending cardio. Mix it with a good diet, and you get the physique of an adonis. Is there anything there you WOULDN’T want?
Didn’t think so. 😉
Q – What exactly do I get with the “WCF – Killer MMA Workouts” product?
A – Great question! Watch this “walk-through” video to find out:
Q – What sort of equipment do I need? Can I train at home?
A – All you need are the basics – barbell, plates, dumbbells, squat rack, bench, place to do dips & pullups…that sorta thing. You’ll be good to go in any globo gym, high school weight room, or even the local YMCA.
If you have a decently stocked home gym, you’ll be good there, too.
However, if there is something prescribed in the program that you can’t do because you don’t have access to the proper equipment, that’s where the personalized email coaching comes into play. Hit me up and we’ll figure out a solution that works best for you.
Q – How soon can I expect to see results?
A – It’ll depend on how many times you’re working out each week, what sort of overall condition you’re in now, and how often (if at all) you’re training in MMA, but honestly, you should start seeing results in as little as just a couple weeks.
This style of circuit training is likely something you’ve never done before, and it’s going to have quite a big impact pretty much right away. Inside of two months, you should see a pretty massive difference.
Q – I’m pretty new to training – will this work for a beginner?
A – Absolutely. You may have to take it easy at first to work your way up to it, but you’re actually lucky if you’re a beginner, because you’re getting started on the right type of program from the proverbial “get go”.
Q – I’m kind of out of shape. Will this be too hard?
A – Well, I’m not gonna lie and tell you it’ll be easy…because it won’t. However, Killer MMA Workouts will be your shortest distance between where you are now and being in badass fighting shape.
And don’t forget about the email coaching – I’ll be here to support you and make sure you’re not doing too much or will get hurt.
Q – Does the “4-Week MMA Blast” really sell for $39?
A – Sure does – check out the sales page here.
I don’t know about you, but I can’t stand it when the internet fitness guru wannabe cool guys play that whole “This is a $XX value!” game with their bonuses. Dudes like you & I weren’t born yesterday. Their junk is only a “$XX value” because they say it is – not because anybody actually ever paid that.
That’s not the case here, though. If you wanted to purchase your own copy of the “4-Week MMA Blast”, it’d run you a legit $39.
But you won’t have to pay that, though – I want you to have a copy for Free for picking up Killer MMA Workouts!
